To provide a safe environment for sufferers of human rights abuses ranging from discrimination to violence in the family and at the community level.

To preserve human rights, monitoring of well being and growth equity

To prop up the use of evidence on social and developmental inequities, in the building of public policy

To raise awareness, building links between developmental inequalities and distribution of power and privileges in the society

To explore and raise awareness of the determinants of fair development

To support the culture of promoting equitable development, including through support of the local communities

Enhancing women’s social and political leadership skills through capacity building programs.

 To make efforts for increase in Number of women political members at three tiers of politics (Union Council, District Council and Northern Areas Legislative Council) in the Northern Areas
